Auch wenn nun schon einige Zeit seit unserer Mietung vergangen ist, müssen wir noch mitteilen wie rundum zufrieden wir waren! Ich war mit dem Mietwagenanbieter über 3 Monate lang in Kontakt um jeden Wunsch und Änderung zu erfüllen und das wurde mehr als 100% umgesetzt! Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit perfekt und die Reaktion war immer sofort da! Die Abholung am Flughafen lief reibungslos und unser Fahrzeug war optisch, als wäre es soeben erst produziert wurden! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei dem Mietwagenanbieter zu mieten, da wir uns von Anfang bis Ende absolut wohl gefühlt haben und alles absolut transparent kommuniziert wurde! Die Ausstattung von dem Mietwagen war auch perfekt! Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe und unserem schönen Urlaub.
We were lucky to get a car last minute by Pelican car hire. Carmen was really helpful and answered quickly all our questions. We rented a car with two roof tents and camping equipment for three people. The tents and the equipment were like new and included everything what you could have need for a camping trip. The sleepingbags, towels and pillows were clean and washed. We even got extra blankets if we might freeze at night. When we got the car they showed us how to open the tent and where all the emergency equipment is so that we where prepared for any issues. The car was in a good shape and easy to drive. We didn’t have any issues with the car . I can really recommend the company and when we come back to Namibia we will definitely use Pelican Car Hire again!
